Kendrick School Judged as 'Outstanding'
I am pleased and proud to announce that, following a Section 5 OFSTED Inspection that took place in November 2022, Kendrick School has been judged as Outstanding.
Overall effectiveness: Outstanding
Quality of education: Outstanding
Behaviour and attitudes: Outstanding
Personal development: Outstanding
Leadership and Management: Outstanding
Sixth Form provision: Outstanding
Under the new Ofsted framework this assessment of our school is exceptional and truly puts us in the very top percentage of schools nationwide.
I would like to thank students, staff, governors and parents for their consistent support and encouragement in everything we do at Kendrick which has contributed to this very emphatic appraisal of our school.
The inspection reports begins as follows:
Pupils and sixth formers are justly proud of their school community. They delight in their learning and truly excel here. One parent spoke for many when reflecting, ‘The school does a great job of creating well-rounded, kind, human beings who will hopefully go on to make the world a better place. The academic results are important of course, but far from the only focus.’ Inspectors totally agree.
